Parents and Babies - from 6mthsIntroduce your baby to an aquatic environment using songs and games. Classes focus on water familiarisation, floating, movement and breath control. Water safety - assisted turn to pool edge, gripping and climbing out. Parents are in the water with their child at all times. Maximum of 6 per class.
School Kids - 5 to 14 yearsStudents are graded into 7 skill levels. Classes focus on bilateral freestyle, backstroke, breast stroke and butterfly. Maximum of 4 per class.

Toddlers - 18mths to 3 yearsBuild confidence and independent travel through songs and games. Classes focus on bodyline, kicking, floating and increasing breath control. Water safety - independent travel and return to pool edge and climbing out. Parent are in the water with their child at all times.
Maximum of 6 per class. Private classesFor students wanting the teacher and pool dedicated for their lesson; or assistance in their aquatic exercise session; or adult learn to swim.

Pre-Schoolers - 3 to 5 yearsGraded into 3 skill levels determined by gross motor skills, confidence or comfort level of student. Classes focus on kicking, bodyline, independent horizontal rotation, back float travel, freestyle arm movement and introductory bilateral freestyle.
